Harry Potter Lego Cake

This was a first for us… on this cake we were requested to combine a lemon cake with a chocolate buttercream. At first, we didn’t think the flavor combination would work. Well, with a light lemon and a light chocolate, the combination really tasted amazing.

Harry’s torso and head are cake while the arms, hair, and golden snitch are sculpted, rice crispy treats. All elements are covered in homemade fondant. The Harry Potter Lego cake magically made a new flavor combination work. Brilliant!
