What young girl doesn’t love Strawberry Shortcake? Recently, we helped celebrate a young girl’s birthday (here in Gainesville, Florida) with an amazing Strawberry Shortcake birthday cake.

Our birthday girl’s mother had purchased an amazing Strawberry Shortcake figurine. With mom having planned the perfect strawberry themed birthday party, our job was to create a great cake (and mini-cupcakes) for the event.

The only thing not edible was Strawberry Shortcake herself.
Bottom tier
The bottom tier of the cake, for the adults, featured 5 delicious layers of red velvet cake. The red pearls, daisies, and colors kept the theme of the cake. The top tier / strawberry, of course featured our very popular Strawberry Morning Brunch flavor.
