We recently created a two-tiered Dr. Seuss cake to help celebrate a 2nd birthday here in Gainesville, Florida. Featuring “The Cat in the Hat,” “Fox in Socks,” “Hop on Pop,” and “Green Eggs and Ham,” this cake screamed Seuss— loudly. =)

Yeni loved making this cake— from the shape to the artwork, the bakery really became quite Seussical. Our young birthday boy loves being read Dr. Seuss; making the concept of this cake simple. We incorporated various characters from his favorite books into a Seuss themed two-tiered birthday cake.
