We’ve talked before about using sugar flowers vs. real flowers. One of the greatest reasons to choose sugar flowers? You can get the exact look you want, no matter the season. Recently, our bakery in Gainesville, Florida created this wedding cake, complete with sugar roses and of course with a rose, the thorn.

Yeni created beautiful, red sugar roses cascading the wedding cake. The groom was very clear… Every Rose has it’s Thorn. =)
